It happens with all of us. At least once. It must have happened with everyone of us. We have a tendency to forget the things that we have kept just now. We then spend our day (may be the entire day) in search of it. We search for it with all our efforts but we fail to find it and then one day when we don't need that thing we find it. The story that I will narrate to you today has happened with one of my friend. This friend of mine is a senior citizen of India. He lives in the southern part of India. Yesterday he told me a very wonderful incident. After listening to his incident , I thought we can learn something from this incident. I shall narrate to you the incident that he told me.
It so happened that my friend was invited for a function at his relative's place. It was decided that he, his wife and his nephew "Shravan" would go for the function. So as decided, all three got ready for the function and headed towards the car. As they were about to take their seats, my friend's wife noticed a lizard in the car and told him. He pulled out a torch and searched the entire car for the lizard. Even after searching for a long time, the lizard was not found. All his efforts were in vain. Now the question arised , whether they should by car or not as the lizard may still be inside the car. As he had already searched the car entirely and could not find a trace of the reptile, it was assumed that probably the lizard must have left the car and must have wandered somewhere else. So it was decided to go to the function in the car.
All went well. They attended the function and came back. Fortunately the lizard did not pop out. But my friend's nephew, who is a teenager, had a doubt that the lizard is still inside the car. So when they finally returned home and halted their car, the nephew asked the maid to look out for the lizard in the car. He instructed her "Look Jessy, call the lizard sweetly so that it comes out immediately. Don't be angry on it. Be sweet. OK ?" The maid understood what he meant and called out loudly "Shravan, Shravan, Where are you? Please come out. We are waiting for you." On hearing her, all of them burst into laughter. The maid proved herself to be over smart than Shravan. She searched the car once again. But she couldn't locate the reptile. So finally , my friend sprayed HIT inside the car and left the car door open.
After a few days, this friend of mine travelled to Tirupati by car along with his daughter and wife. They were returning back from Tirupati via Bangalore. The car had halted at the signal near Vidhan Soudha in Bangalore when they noticed that the lizard was crawling over the bonnet of the car. All of them were shocked. They saw the reptile crawling with great pride as if it was trying to tell them "See, you could not locate me. I have come out of your car on my own and I will like to get down here in Bangalore." This time my friend had a bamboo stick in the car. So the car driver stepped out of the car and put off the lizard with that bamboo stick. The lizard happily crawled through the street of Bangalore and bade them "Good-Bye". The lizard had a free trip from his house till Bangalore. It popped out only when the car arrived at Bangalore.
After listening to this story, I felt that everything in this world has a pre-determined destiny and God has made a perfect destiny for each one of us. Look at us,we participate in a race everyday, where-in everyday we are under some or the other sort of tension and worried about things. We don't enjoy our life to its fullest. Look at this lizard. The reptile enjoyed its journey in the car. It just got in the car. Enjoyed the trip. And got down in Bangalore. It enjoyed its time from the time it got into the car till the time it stepped out of the car. Our life is also the same. We have already stepped into the train that runs everyday at full speed. And one day we will leave this train. But before we step down from this train, let us enjoy the journey. Let us not take it very seriously. Let us enjoy its fragrance and warmth before we feel that we did not do anything in this precious journey. Our journey should be like that of the lizard. It had come out on the bonnet of the car on its own. Now it wanted to step out of the car. We should also be able to step out of our train that we are travelling in very easily. without leaving behind any regrets in our life. So lets start it from today. Let's welcome each other to this tour called LIFE. Let's spend our day exploring what this train has for us. Let's make it a great tour !!! Happy Touring!!!

Always Belive the GOD He is always great
hi Geeta,
Good one,
It tells us about the attitude we should carry while living the life.
We always feel we have plenty of time to do many things in the life. But actually the life is very small. We should live the life at its fullest so that we won’t be regretted in the late (Old age) period of our life through which everyone has to pass.
just Keep witing....
Sharvari
hi geet...we in the present world do not live for others...we are becoming very mean now a days...imagine when we are travelling in a crowded bus or train, an old chap or a woman with small kid in her one hand and a bag in other hand is travelling with...do we offer them our own window seat or pretend as sleeping...or expect co-passengers to offer them seat...life is like that...
Nice story...
